WHICH COUNTRIES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR SHIPPING COVERAGE?
We currently ship only within the United States, but we're working to expand our shipping reach worldwide. consult us for International order here.

WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
All orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, Orders placed after 5 p.m. ET will be shipped the following business day. Any order placed on a weekend or holiday will ship the next business day.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES, METHODS, AND DELIVERY TIMES?
We will charge shipping fees depending order value. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING will be provided on orders over $30 after discount. detailed below.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
In most cases you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped via email.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will be able to access information about your order by clicking on the "Track Your Order" link on our homepage. Once your order has been shipped. If you experience any difficulty checking your order status on our site, feel free to send an email, and we will look into the problem rapidly.

CANCELLATIONS
In the interest of processing your order as quickly as possible, there is only a brief window of time where you will be able to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed. Please double-check all details on the checkout page, including the item name, quantity, and shipping address. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. If necessary, please email us at support@beartale.com.

RETURNS
For purchases made directly with Beartale: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price.

Conditions:

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, all sales are considered as final sale.
3. All returns must be in re-sellable condition including with original packaging.
4. Return items must be shipped via prepaid freight.
5. Special order items are not returnable.
6. All replacement items will be shipped after BearTale has received and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to you via emai when it ships.
7. BearTale will not be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong products.

RETURN STEPS

1. Step 1: Email to support@beartale.com to require a return (Each of your feedback will be carefully reviewed. Please include the reason for your return.)
2. Step 2: Waiting for the return confirmation and instructions from us(Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process it).
3. Step 3: Send the products back to our warehouse.
4. Step4: Check your account once you receive our notification regarding the issued refund.

Please be aware that there may be additional delays in receiving the credit to your account due to your bank’s policies and processes. We recommend contacting your payment provider. you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@beartale.com.

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions. to exchange an item, please follow the return instructions above, and then place a new order on beartale.com for the desired items.
