CANCELLATIONS
In the interest of processing your order as quickly as possible, there is only a brief window of time where you will be able to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed. Please double-check all details on the checkout page, including the item name, quantity, and shipping address. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. If necessary, please email us at support@beartale.com.
RETURNS
For purchases made directly with Beartale: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price.

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions. to exchange an item, please follow the return instructions above, and then place a new order on beartale.com for the desired items.

For purchases made directly with Beartale: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price.
Conditions:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, all sales are considered as final sale.
- All returns must be in re-sellable condition including with original packaging.
- Return items must be shipped via prepaid freight.
- Special order items are not returnable.
- All replacement items will be shipped after BearTale has received and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to you via emai when it ships.
- BearTale will not be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong products.
- Step 1: Email to support@beartale.com to require a return (Each of your feedback will be carefully reviewed. Please include the reason for your return.)
- Step 2: Waiting for the return confirmation and instructions from us(Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process it).
- Step 3: Send the products back to our warehouse.
- Step4: Check your account once you receive our notification regarding the issued refund.
